My couples relationship coaching program offers a different approach. Instead of only working consciously in the moment, we work with your subconscious mind to gently update the patterns that shape how you relate — to yourself and to each other.

You can join the program individually or as a couple, with each partner attending sessions separately so you can both work at your own pace and depth.

•     12 weekly 1:1 sessions

•     Optional email support between sessions

Couples Program (Two Individual Programs)

Each partner receives their own 12‑week program, working separately but towards shared relational goals.


•     £2,200 for both partners (introductory offer)
(equivalent to £1,100 each)
•     Normally £2,400
•     12 weekly 1:1 sessions per partner
•     Individual subconscious reprogramming
•     Optional joint check‑in session at the end
•     Tools and exercises tailored to each partner’s needs
This structure honours the depth of the work while offering a meaningful saving for couples.
