💻 Online and In‑Person Bupa Therapy
You can use your Bupa insurance for:
• Online therapy sessions (UK‑wide)
• In‑person therapy in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
This flexibility allows you to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible.
1. Contact Bupa for Authorisation
Before we begin, Bupa asks you to contact them to request:
• an authorisation code
• the number of sessions they have approved
• details of any policy excess
This ensures your sessions are covered.

2. Share Your Details With Me
Once you have your authorisation, please send me:
• Your Bupa membership number
• Your authorisation code
• The number of sessions approved
I’ll confirm everything directly with Bupa so you don’t have to manage the admin alone.

3. Begin Your Sessions
As soon as your authorisation is confirmed, we can begin your therapy sessions — either online or in person in Potters Bar.
My approach integrates therapeutic counselling, creative therapy, and The MAP Method™ to support you in a safe, grounded, and trauma‑informed way.

4. Payments and Billing
You don’t need to pay upfront for Bupa‑covered sessions.
I invoice Bupa directly.
If your policy includes an excess, Bupa will let you know what you need to pay and when.
5. Need More Sessions?
If you’d benefit from continuing beyond the authorised number of sessions, I’ll submit a treatment update to Bupa on your behalf.
You won’t need to do anything.
