Meet Karen

Karen is passionate about helping young people, and adults reconnect with their inner strength, break free from unhealthy patterns, and build lasting self-worth and confidence.

Having overcome Selective Mutism and her own relationship challenges, she brings deep empathy and personal insight to her work. Her mission is to guide others in finding their voice, healing emotional wounds, and creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Since 2013, Karen has supported clients through therapeutic counselling, hypnotherapy, play and creative techniques, energy healing (Reiki & Crystal Reiki), and trauma recovery tools such as the Rewind Technique.
The most transformational of all has been the MAP Method™, which inspired her to develop
Mind-Body Mastery—a powerful blend of psychotherapy and neuroscience-backed coaching that delivers faster, deeper healing.

Beyond her professional work, Karen is a proud mum of four and grandmother of two. She loves yoga, crystals, reading, spirituality, fitness, adrenaline fuelled activities—and especially dancing to EDM music. She often recommends raving as a form of therapy, believing in the profound healing power of movement and music.

"When we dance, we return to the rhythm of our soul—free, joyful, and whole."

Karen’s intuitive, grounded, and uplifting approach makes her a trusted guide for anyone ready to heal, grow, and thrive.
