Since 2013 Karen has been working with adults, young people, and children, nothing gives her more pleasure than facilitating their healing journey and guiding their emotional growth.
Karen always looks to find the best techniques for her clients and found some of her clients not making as much progress as others; that was until she discovered the MAP Method and integrated it into her practice. Soon after creating the Mind-Body Mastery method (combining psychotherapy & MAP), Karen noticed her clients began recovering from stress, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional issues quicker and easier than with just therapeutic interventions alone which is why she is on a mission to offer this gift to people like you.
