This 12‑week program combines coaching and therapy‑informed work to help retrain your subconscious mind, restore your wellbeing, and support you in rediscovering who you are.
It’s designed to help you rebuild trust in yourself and others, regain clarity, and move forward with more calm and confidence.

This program may be a good fit if you’re experiencing:
•     Anxiety, insomnia, broken sleep, or difficulty relaxing
•     Feelings of guilt, shame, or self‑blame
•     Low self‑worth or fear of repeating past relationship patterns
•     Loss of identity, connection, or direction
•     Hesitation around trusting others—or your own instincts


You might be recently out of an unhealthy or toxic relationship, or you may still be untangling the impact of past relationships that continue to affect you now.

Relationship coaching is about exploring repeating patterns in your life through looking at past experiences and how they relate to what is happening now.
By exploring your belief system and your emotional attachments we can work together to heal the root cause of relationship issues.
 
The aim of Mind Body Mastery with MAP sessions is to empower you to quickly dissolve unconscious blocks and limiting beliefs, gently heal unresolved trauma, and learn to easily overcome emotional stress so you may gain a new sense of calm when dealing with your thoughts, emotions, other people and things like food, money, career, your health and well-being so you form and grow healthy attachments and enjoy more fulfilling relationships.
