A Bit About Me

Meet Karen

I am passionate about helping young people and adults reconnect with their inner strength, break free from unhealthy patterns, and build lasting self‑worth and confidence.
Having overcome Selective Mutism in childhood and navigated my own relationship challenges, I bring deep empathy, insight, and lived understanding to my work. My mission is to guide others in finding their voice, healing emotional wounds, and creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Since 2013, I’ve supported clients through therapeutic counselling, hypnotherapy, creative and play‑based techniques, energy healing (Reiki and Crystal Reiki), and trauma‑informed tools such as the Rewind Technique.
The most transformational of all has been The MAP Method™, which inspired me to develop Mind‑Body Mastery - a powerful blend of psychotherapy and neuroscience‑backed coaching that supports faster, deeper, and more sustainable healing.
Beyond my professional work, I’m a proud mum of four and grandmother of two. I love yoga, crystals, and all things spiritual, fitness, rambling, adrenaline‑fuelled adventures, and especially dancing to EDM music. I often recommend movement and music as forms of emotional release, believing deeply in their ability to reconnect us with joy and freedom.
“When we dance, we return to the rhythm of our soul — free, joyful, and whole.”
My intuitive, grounded, and uplifting approach makes a me trusted guide for anyone ready to heal, grow, and thrive.
