Happy Monday, lovely humans.


Welcome to my Monday Musings — a space where I’m not here to teach, preach or lecture… simply to share my thoughts, feelings and beliefs. These are the things I’ve witnessed in myself and in the clients I’ve had the joy of working with.


And here’s today’s thought:


The Wellness Industry, Big Pharma, Supplement Companies (and half of Instagram) are thriving off one idea…


👉 That there is something wrong with you.


Everything is made to feel so serious. Heavy. Negative.

Like you are broken. Damaged. Mentally unwell. A walking diagnosis.


“You have anxiety.”

“You have trauma.”

“You have depression.”

The list goes on…


As if you’re some sort of puzzle missing pieces, waiting to be fixed.


Now — I’m not saying struggling isn’t serious or painful.

Of course it is. I’ve been there. My clients have been there.


But I am saying:

We can flip the script.

We can breathe lightness into this.

We can stop treating being human like a medical emergency.


Because the truth is:


✨ There is nothing wrong with you.

✨ You are not broken.

✨ You don’t need fixing.

✨ You’re a human being having a human experience.


What you are experiencing is your body’s very clever (but sometimes outdated) coping strategies:


• Your body reacting to old memories as if they’re happening right now.

• Your mind fast-forwarding into the future and creating stories that may never happen.

• Your nervous system doing its best to protect you — even when the danger has long passed.


And that can feel uncomfortable.

Confusing.

Overwhelming.

Embarrassing.

Out of control.


Yet still — there is nothing wrong with you.





🌱 Imagine if…



Imagine if you kept checking your phone every five minutes even though the person who used to shout at you for missing messages hasn’t been in your life for years.


Imagine if you still apologized for everything — “Sorry!” “My fault!” — even when no one is upset, because once upon a time, that was how you stayed safe.


Maladaptive patterns aren’t you being broken.

They’re simply your body doing its best with old information.





🌬️ Now imagine if you could…



A) Understand your body and its reactions like a language

B) Learn to work with those reactions so you feel more comfortable and in control

C) Support yourself naturally — without medication, subscriptions, endless treatments

D) Update old coping mechanisms using the power of your mind, awareness and breath


This isn’t me trying to sell you anything.

This isn’t me dismissing anything you’ve tried.


This is me asking:


👉 What if there is a natural way to work with yourself instead of against yourself?


Because I genuinely love seeing people realise they aren’t broken —

they’re simply powerful, sensitive humans learning new ways of being.





🧠 And here’s a fun fact…



Your mind can’t tell whether something is:


• a past memory

• a future fear

• or actually happening right now


It only knows how you feel about it — and your body reacts accordingly.


Which means your mind, your breath, your awareness, your beliefs and even nature are the most powerful (and free!) tools you have.





🌞 What if…



What if you allowed yourself to be more playful?

More positive?

More in flow with life’s ups, downs, twists, turns and plot-twists?


What if nothing was “wrong” with you at all —

you were simply learning how to be human?


Wouldn’t that be a better way?
